GTA 6 PS5 Pro upgrades reportedly leaked by PlayStation France

A screenshot reportedly taken from PlayStation France lists GTA 6’s PS5 Pro upgrades – but there are doubts about its veracity.

GTA 6 PS5 Pro

GTA 6’s PS5 Pro upgrades may have leaked through PlayStation’s French website, with a screenshot listing PSSR upscaling and advanced ray tracing.

Power Up Gaming shared the screenshot on X, showing what appears to be a section detailing the game’s PlayStation features. Under a PS5 Pro heading, it lists AI-enhanced image quality through PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, alongside improved reflections, shadows and lighting.

There is one curious detail, though: the description also claims players will feel Atsu’s katana through their DualSense controller. Unless Jason and Lucia have picked up an unexpected new hobby, that line belongs in Ghost of Yōtei.

The apparent copy-and-paste error suggests the page may have contained unfinished text. Its contents remain unconfirmed, and we have not independently verified the original listing.

What could change on PS5 Pro?

The two listed upgrades concern image quality. PSSR would help produce a sharper picture on a 4K display, while the ray tracing description points to more detailed reflections, shadows and lighting across Leonida.

The screenshot also mentions Tempest 3D Audio, fast SSD loading and DualSense haptic feedback for PS5.

What it does not mention is a frame-rate target. There is no reference to a 60fps mode, nor any breakdown of performance and quality settings. Anyone hoping the listing would settle that particular debate will have to wait.

Other outlets report that the information has since been removed from PlayStation’s French website. Until Sony or Rockstar provides a full rundown, the screenshot offers a possible glimpse of the upgrades rather than confirmation of what PS5 Pro owners can expect.

GTA 6 is scheduled to launch on November 19, with PS5 preloading beginning on November 10.
